Acne

Acne is a skin condition that occurs when your hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin cells. It often causes whiteheads, blackheads or pimples, and usually appears on the face, forehead, chest, upper back and shoulders.

Actives

Actives are natural ingredients that have been scientifically proven to change the structure of your skin at a cellular level. They’re the ingredients that work to repair, rejuvenate, hydrate, protect and nourish cells. AHAs, BHAs, Hydroquinone, Tretinoin, Kojic Acid are examples of actives.

Age spots
Also known as sun spots, liver spots or lentigines, age spots are varying shades of brown spots that appear on the areas of skin exposed to the sun. They occur more with age and can be treated by consistent use of sunscreen and other actives.

Alpha Hydroxy Acids

AHAs are exfoliating acids used to chemically remove dead skin from the top layer of the skin to reveal newer skin. Glycolic acid, mandelic acid and lactic acid are well known alpha hydroxy acids.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants are ingredients that work to neutralize the damage caused by the actions of free radicals.
